This was supposed to be a restaurant and sometimes travel blog, but against all expectations I have started to cook a little bit too.
Here a collection of the the fruits of my labour, lovely little recipes most of them fresh and light, aromatic and full of strong flavours. Â In addition to being very delicious, they are all easy to make and difficult to mess up. I am a busy lady and have no cooking skills whatsoever.
